Goods will be despatched as soon as practicable and wherever possible in order to meet any date requested by the customer
D.O.C. will allow customers 5 days to report damage and 3 days shortages. After this D.O.C. cannot accept responsibility.
Where necessary, D.O.C. reserves the right to make partial deliveries.
