Direct Office provided a first class service!
We are a small rural practice, with a branch surgery too. The old fabric chairs were both tired and would not pass CQC recommendations.
This company supplied us with a very colourful palate….and so we decided to let the GPs choose their own colours and personalise their rooms.
Reception waiting rooms and communal rooms were left to one of the receptionist and I to deliberate on the colours scheme. A selection of tones of turquoise/greens we chose.
The GP partners were very pleased with their own choices, and the waiting room now looks fresh and cheerful! We now have a variety of styles, including some chairs with arms and for some catering larger bottoms…J
The service provided was first class with very helpful advice, the company kept us up to date, with delivery timescale and even arranged around our quieter times within the practice for delivery.The delivery driver who was most efficient and helpful too.
I will definitely be using the company for any future purchases.
